Tights have always been an annoying necessity. They ladder, they itch, they pinch – you’re lucky if they survive the day. So, we reinvented them. After years of designing, testing and engineering we were able to craft the world’s first ladder-resistant and seamless tights using 3D knitting technology and innovative yarns.

Hence, the Hēdoïne ladder-free guarantee, which covers our 20, 30 and 50 denier range.

Please note, our maternity tights, 60 and 100 Denier collections are not included in our Ladder-Free Guarantee.

LADDER, SNAG, HOLE OR TEAR?

While we’re proud as punch (spiked, of course) of our ladder-resistant collections, it’s important to remember that they’re only 20, 30 and 50 denier and thus, not indestructible.

Just like your favourite pair of jeans, Hēdoïne tights can get holes, can rip and will be impacted by general wear and tear. Therefore, the Hēdoïne ladder-free guarantee is for ladders only (or runs if you’re in the USA) – not snags, holes or tears.

Rest assured, if you do get a hole in your 20, 30 or 50 Denier ladder-resistant tights it will not ladder or creep down (or up) – guaranteed.

snag

Caused by a thread bunching, you can generally fix a snag in your tights by gently pulling either side.

hole

Hēdoïne tights are sheer and can get holes, yet they won't ladder up or down the leg. Slight tearing may still occur.

ladder

A ladder is when a hole creeps, or runs, up or down the leg. Ladders won't occur in Hēdoïne ladder-resistant tights.

MISCHIEF

Unrelated to tights, but very related to being a Hēdoïne. Mischief is encouraged while wearing. Enjoy!

Please email our customer love team at happy@hedoine.com with pictures of the tights and your order number.

If a claim is made, we reserve the right to inspect the faulty goods. In this case, the faulty goods will have to be sent to one of our warehouses in Germany or England. The sender is liable for postage and packaging fees as well as for potential customs charges. The sender of any goods is responsible for said goods until we receive them. We cannot be held responsible for items which are lost in transit.

Claims can be made within 60 days of receipt of the item. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept claims made for purchases that were received by the customer more than 60 days ago.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept claims for purchases that were received by the customer more than 60 days ago as well as for unpaid items (i.e. free replacements or items sent as a goodwill gesture).

Discounted items and sale items are also not covered by our Ladder-Free Guarantee.

We are unable to accept claims for items which have been damaged by the customer on purpose or by accident, i.e. by jewellery, pets, etc.

At this point, our maternity tights, 60 and 100 Denier tights are not covered under the Ladder-Free Guarantee.
