Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that several products are exempt from being returned, including intimate products and gift cards, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


For hygiene reasons, hosiery cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is faulty or not as described. Having said that, we want you to love our product as much as we love crafting them. If you have any concerns or questions, please get in touch by emailing


While we accept returns for our leggings, we ask that you order carefully because returns really aren’t great for the environment.

Our compression yarns ensure that each pair fit a greater range of sizes, however, we do understand that sometimes returns can’t be avoided. As such, our returns policy is below.

Please note, we do not offer free returns, return shipping will be at your own expense.

  • You must request a return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Standard shipping costs on your original delivery will be refunded only when all products in your original order are returned.
  • We cannot refund additional expenses for express or next day delivery.
  • Returns will require all original labels to be attached.
  • Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on our tights, only our leggings.
  • All items must be sent back in the original packaging.
  • The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and might result in a refund being rejected.
  • You will receive a refund within 14 working days after your return is confirmed.
  • Exchanges: Unfortunately, we cannot exchange. We will need to refund your original order and place a new order. Please contact Customer Love on for further instructions.

  • Our Customer Love Team will provide you with the address to return your item
  • Please include the order invoice enclosed in your original packaging so that we are able to easily identify your order and process it quickly.
  • Pack your return items carefully to prevent damage in transit.
  • At this time we do not offer free returns, return shipping will be at your own expense and you are able to send them using whichever method you choose. We recommend using tracked shipping, and keeping your receipt number, as we cannot take responsibility if an item becomes lost in transit.
  • Once we receive the returned item(s) a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days. You will receive an email when your return has been processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
